DEPRESSION:
It is a common and medical illness that negative effect our physical and mental health so sometime which is act ourselves and thinking process is totally negatively.
Depression develops when there is lack of OXYTOCIN $ SEROTONIN hormone in our body.
There is so much stress in today's working life that people are misbehaving mentally and physically this is the initial stage of stress and anxiety in fact sometimes we get depression did not recognise here we discuss about cause why it is developed:

SLEEP: Early awakening , excess sleepiness, insomnia, restless sleep etc.
BODY: Excessive hunger, fatigue, loss of appetite, restless.
BEHAVIOURAL: Social isolation, irritability, anger, excessive crying etc.
WEIGHT: Weight gain / weight loss
